Friendly staff, good size clean room with hair dryer, coffee/tea maker, alarm/cd player, warm and confortable. Breakfast was delicious.

Hearing someone snore from an other room! Having to squiz very hard on the shampoo/shower gel mini bottle.

Gorgeous food, exceptional service and excellent view of the castle. Great and fab position in the lovely area, near to Longleat Safari Park, and a stream and a weeping willow. Situated only 1 km from Church of All Saints.

The location in a nice quiet area was lovely and beautiful. There were a market and local stores nearby. the room was pet-friendly with a beautiful view and a four poster bed in the middle.

The staff were extremely helpful and wanted you to enjoy your stay. Some of the hotel bedrooms are to be refurbished , so they are not the smartest but they are clean and bright. Excellent food. We were very happy there.

Food was great and well presented. Attentive staff in restaurant. Nice building On site parking. Comfy bed Good decor downstairs. Friendly staff.

Expensive food Buzzing noise outside bedroom & noise from kitchen below. No soundproofing between rooms. Nobody at check in when we arrived.
